1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing TakeCab platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate, current information
- Maintain security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Account Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must represent a legitimate healthcare organization
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data
- Comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
You agree NOT to:
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Harass other users or staff
- Violate any applicable laws
4. Subscription and Payment
Billing:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled case-by-case (contact support)
Free Trial:
- 14-day trial period with full access
- No credit card required
- Auto-converts to paid plan if not canceled
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
Your Data:
- You retain all rights to data you input
- We do not claim ownership of your patient data
- You grant us license to process data for service provision
- See Privacy Policy for detailed data handling
Our Data:
- Platform code, design, and features are our property
- Feedback provided may be used to improve services
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service failures
- Cyber attacks or security incidents
- User’s internet connectivity issues
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content (text, graphics, logos, code) is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute platform materials
- Create derivative works
- Remove copyright notices
- Use TakeCab branding without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Service is provided “as is” without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TakeCab against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Service
- Violation of third-party rights
- Breach of healthcare regulations
10. Termination
By You:
- Cancel anytime via account settings
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation
By Us:
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Notice will be provided except in cases of severe misconduct
- Outstanding fees remain due
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified via email and platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Antalya courts.
